traditionally speaking, when installing ESXi, you want to use your specific server vendor customized ISO as it contains the most up-to-date drives for their servers but if you browse to the download section of vSphere 6.71 U1 (the ESXi part of it), you won’t be able to see the Dell ISO there

That’s because, you can now download the customized Dell ISO directly from the Dell Web Site. Simply browse to your specific server downloads page, in my example, I’m using the M630 servers so the url is https://www.dell.com/support/home/il/en/ilbsdt1/product-support/product/poweredge-m630/drivers

And indeed, scrolling down, you will be able to see the new ISO image

The specific release notes of the customized 6.7 U1 ISO compared to the basic 6.7 U1 which you can download from the VMware web site are
